As everyone has written, this company is just a broker, doesn't own a watch, and has no responsibility for keeping of or after maintenance it. We'd better stay away from such lousy sellers. After the payment is completed, there are always reports such as out of stock or problems. I should have listened to other people's advice too....

?? dear customer, it is normal for customers to start an order but won't pay for it then disappear. you never tell me you going to pay for it, never told me to keep it for you. you just disappear. then a customer who visit our store bought it. I see your done payment information the next day. and then you told me:" I was finally able to make a payment because the card was approved for large payments." that's totally notified afterwards. why don't you tell me in advance? And, when I see your done payment message from chrono, I feel really sorry and apologize to you in time, and refund your money timely. your comment: "broker,lousy sellers..." is really mean.🙂

After a week going back and forward about the right price and if I could pick it up from the jeweler in Honk Kong (this is Shanghai, China), we made deal. All confirmed on the messages on a Friday. I transferred the money on Friday (and because of the weekend and the standard waiting time to transfer money to Chrono24's escrow account that will take a few days) I got a message on Sunday morning that the watch has been sold to another customer! Right or wrong? What do you think?

Sorry Sir, the watch was sold before you told me you will pay for it. I sent you offer but not got reply. Then a customer who visited our shop bought it directly. Other customers also have the right to buy it. Sorry to make you upset, we will inform you once this watch in stock again, if you still want to buy it then we can proceed.

I’ve tried to order two watches from them - 6 months apart - only to be told the watch is “no long available” Once I’ve identified it’s the wrong watch they apologise and tell me the watch I paid for is not available but this “other watch” is ready to ship. The Watch I’ve ordered has been relisted the next day both times - at a higher price. Shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and avoid using these scammers

Hello Sir, didn't you realize the brand name and model number in the ad is different from the pics? the brand name and model number is for JLC, we put the PP pics by mistake, and we already apologize, it is our mistake, we already said 100 times sorry to you. I am curious, why don't you tell us our mistake but place an order directly? if someone want to pay a jlc money then get a more expensive PP watch, sorry we can not ship the pp to you. And it is us send you the pics of the jlc and confirm with you the every single details, then you tell us it is not the one you want, so "using these scammers" you described doesn't make sense. and you can apply for refund if the watch you received is not the one you want, chrono will refund you, so, dealer have no reason to do that to cause problems to themselves.

Order was agreed and placed, payment was made. However, seller deliberately delayed the shipment and didnt response saying they are on holiday. All of a sudden, seller claims the watch has some movement issues and needed to revoke the order. The whole process lasted for 2 weeks and I was in the dark and could not do anything about it. Hence, I think the public should seriously think twice before dealing with Crazymetal. Last but not least, they are from China, not Hong Kong. Definitely a bad experience and they have no credibility at all.

es kam ein Kauvertrag zustande und ich habe den Kaufpreis überwiesen. Aus fadenscheinigen Gründen wurde der Kauf storniert. Korrekt gewesen wäre es wenn man zusammen kommuniziert und nach einer Lösung gesucht hätte! So ist es eine sehr einseitige Angelegenheit. Auf den Bankspesen bin ich ebenfalls sitzen geblieben diese wurden mir nicht vergütet. Dieser Händler ist NICHT zu empfehlen!
