Placed order on the 3rd of December, the seller did not have the watch advertised. They asked to wait up to 4 weeks to restock. On the 9th of January the order was cancelled by the seller due to the unavailability of the watch

Mostly an OK experience, but the watch has a defect. Specifically, there's an issue with the movement - it won't hand wind. The only way for me to wind it is to flip it numerous times to get it going. Once it's on the wrist it generally runs fine, but the lack of manual winding capability is really a downer. Out of warranty, so will need to pay if I want the movement repaired - which, given the $450 price of the watch, likely does not make sense. Otherwise, the watch was shipped very quickly and came with its original box and papers. But, buyer beware.

Seiko hulk Watch arrived and had two marks on the bezel as well as scratches to one lug, seller was not in the least bit apologetic despite me confirming watch was a gift beforehand. Seller was unhelpful and impolite- I returned item for a refund and got a refund via Chrono24 after 10 days but still waiting for postage to be refunded as agreed after 10days from seller. I was told watch was exactly the same as the one in the pictures listed but the bezel marks were hard to see in the picture due to lighting and the scratched lug was not visible at all. The same pictures remained even after I had received the watch so they were using the pictures of a damaged watch for a listing for a new one which seems odd.
