The watch arrived in better condition than the photos which was great. Unfortunately it arrived with a flat battery which was disappointing but kings were happy to reimburse me once I got the watch fixed at my local specialist. Perhaps a few problems that could have been avoided but all in all an okay experience.

The watch was described as "brand-new, unworn", with a rubber bracelet (as expected - it is a diving watch). It came with a leather bracelet which had clearly been worn and the Cartier packaging was scuffed in places. The overall condition was still very good, but not as described on the website. After a couple of calls to the dealer, they refunded me the cost of a Cartier rubber strap, but I still have to have this fitted at a Cartier boutique. On the phone, the assistant was very helpful, but selling watches via the internet is obviously a new business line for this jeweler and there are some teething problems. Even if one could argue about the meaning of "brand-new, unworn", mis-describing the bracelet on a £4.4k watch is pretty basic. Overall, I would recommend them, with caution.
