Pålidelig forhandler, hvis produkter lever fuldt op til beskrivelsen. Dialogen gik lidt i stå ved forsendelsen, og uret kom lidt senere end forventet. Herudover er jeg meget tilfreds med handlen.

FedEx toujours aussi peu fiable pour ce qui est des délais de livraison ou d’enlèvement. Le vendeur, très professionnel et fiable, a repris la montre rapidement pour faire une vérification à ses frais de la réserve de marche. La montre était dans un état impeccable.

A pulseira é um pouco pequena para o meu pulso. Achei estranho e perguntei ao vendedor se não tinham mais elos. Disseram que não mas que me tentariam arranjar mais elos se assim o desejasse (pagando). Inicialmente disse que ia eu tentar arranja-los, mas entretanto pedi-lhes ajuda. Aguardo resposta.

La maison Time Line a bonne réputation sur la place d'Anvers. A cet égard, je m'attendais à un professionnalisme remarquable. Or, selon moi et consécutivement à mon achat, il est perfectible; d'avantage de rigueur dans la présentation de l'état de la montre est attendue et nécessaire eu égard au prix de celles-ci. Pour votre parfaite information, le verre de la montre est en cours de polissage mais il semble que la griffe soit trop profonde pour la réduire. Bien à vous. LC

Two small cracks in the ceramic bezel were visible, but there was no hint about the bezel's metal ring damage (bent) that resulted in the fact that the bezel did not move smoothly. Fortunately I checked the replacement costs (700 €) of the bezel at my local Omega service already beforehand and could get a reasonable price for the watch. All in all, a very nice watch that will be like new as soon as Omega will deliver the spare parts.

They sent me the wrong watch. It can happen, honest mistake! But considering the discomfort, I would have appreciated a compensation - even symbolic - which I asked for and was denied. Their view is that they offered to either replace the watch or keep the wrong one with a discount or return it and be paid back. My view is that when you make a mistake with a client on an item worth several thousands euros and create a problem, you should have a better customer care. Nothing bad to say about the quality of the product, the responsiveness and the package, which were all great! All in all I recommend them!
