On some of the pictures, the bezel was medium to light blue. When it arrived, the bezel was black or midnight blue. It is a beautiful watch but I was a little disappointed. The dealer used the Seiko marketing pictures which were misleading.

Slow to ship watch with no communication in the interim. I assume watch needed to be sourced? However great packaging and free upgrade in shipping which make delivery very fast. Communication once the watch was on it’s way was very good. Overall I am a very very happy Customer.

Leon from Elite Timepiece HK was very responsive to my questions and in giving me updates on the status of when the watch was set to be available, when it shipped, etc. Responses came quickly and for those potentially concerned around any language barriers, the communication were clearly fluent and thorough. DHL clearly had to open the item at customs for inspection which I can't really fault the seller for, but it did mean the outer box was fairly beat up by the time it arrived to me. The internal Seiko branded box was perfectly intact and undamaged however. No qualms in recommending to other buyers.

I have been in the hospital and rehabilitation centers since I ordered the watch so I have not been able to see the packaging or the watch to give a detailed description of it. The shipping I was able to track and had no problems with. I'm sorry I can't be more detailed than that at the current time.

The shipping was on time. And good. However The watch came with missing some original packaging.

The seller (Leon) was more than kind and our exchanges were really nice. The watch arrived in perfect condition and even with a small gift. The only “dark side” of this sale was the delivery made by ARAMEX: the transporter took almost a month to deliver. In comparaison, DHL does it within a week. I feel sorry for Leon (the seller) because he did it’s best but the transporter (on the other side) isn’t to be recommended and did not do a great job.

Overall all proccess of purchase and delivery is good except for the final completion of the process the item left open in the app the seller didn't mark the payment and delivery as completed. Otherwise no much of a complain
