This was my first purchase through Chrono24 and I could not have been happier with the service I received from those at Crazymetal. Every single question was addressed promptly and helpfully and there was no hesitation from them to provide me with the information i needed to be 100% confident in the purchase, even when I had got myself in a muddle the dealer was extremely assuring and supportive. Good communicators but could improve more detailed information about product. Was unfortunate that watch bracelet was crocodile - unknown to me as model usually stamped leather - so it did not arrive with Watch. They claim confiscated customs - makes sense - but still it’s my problem to source new strap and I paid for it. They credited some money back to cover my expense so why I still give a decent review.
