Pas de carte de garantie à la réception Très compliqué de l’obtenir par la suite J’ai maintenant un doute sur la montre et sa provenance dans la mesure où, par exemple, le bracelet se ferme mal ! Bref je regrette mon achat chez LWL

I have to recommend this company. Ok, a lot of users are writing “minimum or a bad communication”, however all their services are perfect, maybe without messages every five minutes. Just the old school

The watch is as depicted : new, in perfect condition, boxes and paper as well . What could be improved is the communication and the delivery. The commitment was 10 days, we ended with c.20days. Pro-activé communication on the delivery issues would have been appropriated to re-insure me.

Meget lidt dialog undervejs. Måtte flere gange rykke for hvornår uret blev leveret. Lang svartid på henvendelser. Men et fint ur.

Hodinky byli nabízené jako úplně nové, ale byli již nošené ač málo. Jsou, ale ve skvělém stavu až na škrábanec na přezce pásku. Jinak jsem spokojený.

Die Kommunikation war etwas holprig aber ok… Verhandeln war möglich und im Großen Ganzen lief alles gut. ABER: Die Uhr war als „ungetragen und neuwertig“ beschrieben, hatte bei Lieferung aber einen Kratzer direkt auf der Lünette… dieser ist zwar klein, aber sowohl für mich als auch für den die Uhr prüfenden Uhrmacher sofort sichtbar gewesen. Das hätte der Verkäufer im Rahmen seiner Sorgfaltspflicht angeben müssen! Darauf angesprochen, wollte der Verkäufer aber nichts mehr am Preis machen, hätte die Uhr aber zurückgenommen (Rückversandkosten hätte er übernommen). Ich habe die Uhr letztlich nur behalten, weil der Preis an sich recht gut war und es sich um ein Geburtstagsgeschenk handelte, sodass ich unter Zeitdruck war.

La montre est conforme à la description : neuve. Vendeur de confiance , répond rapidement aux questions, quelques petites difficultés de compréhension mais c’est surtout dû à la barrière de la langue. Expédition dans les heures qui ont suivi la vente . Rien à dire vraiment , je recommande .

alles wie erwartet. Vor allem kam die Uhr genau in dem bei Bestellung angegebenen Zeitfenster (aus Polen) an. Das Paket selbst sah zwar ziemlich laienhaft verpackt aus und wies auch deutliche Transportspuren auf, die Ware selbst (also Uhr, Koffer und Umverpackung) waren aber einwandfrei.
