Buyer placed an order on Jan 13, seller shipped the watch on Jan 11. On Jan 13 FedEx shipment # 770987164771 was arrived at Spain. However customer do not want to pay ES tax and process custom clearance with FedEx in Spain. We have sent many email & message to the buyer for FedEx custom clearance issued. After a month, the parcel finally returned to the shipper. For payment issued, please contact with Chrono. Thank you.

Sorry for that. We had get confirmation from Japan Supplier that the product will be ready in 01/2022 at the time 11/2021. However at the beginning of 01/2022. The supplier not able to provide any stock for this model.

Ordered a seiko sumo for 575 euro and received a fake seiko chrono worth about 20 euro. Money was refunded and seller also refunded my cost for returning but can’t recommend seller.
