Communication was great. Josh was extremely helpful throughout the process. The the reason why I’m rating 3 stars is as follows: I got a day date Rolex. The function kicks in at 11:56pm instead of at 12am. The sapphire crystal seems fake as the magnification is not at par with my other Rolexs and is extremely reflective. I was promised a certification of authenticity with the purchase but got nothing. I asked about this and was sent a picture of it. Not good enough. I requested for it to be posted to me and was told it was done. Has been several weeks and still nothing. The watch seems more polished as compared to the pictures sent to me. Few areas of the watch are uneven. The shipping was good, it was tracked and express. The watch came in a nice box. The watch is real gold and the movement runs as per specification.

It has been hard to find a 36mm watch these days so I am glad to find what I want from this dealer from Chrono24. Communication was crystal and delivery was quick. I had a glitch of a surprise foreign transaction charge on my credit card which turned out nothing to do with the dealer nor Chrono24 but my credit card company. However the dealer Tarrytown and NY Chrono24 local office both quickly provided me valuable info to sort this out to my credit card company.

I was incredibly impressed with the speed of delivery, next-day air was a nice touch! The pictures were dead ringers for the watch I received, the process was very smooth from start to finish and I had my new watch on my wrist within two days of ordering. I would most certainly recommend Tarrytown Jewelers to anyone who is considering working with them!
