Very honest people. The watch was seized because of the band. The dealer dealt with the problem very professionally. Eventually I received the watch and I love it

I had a very good exchange of messages with the dealer. He responded promptly, even outside his business hours sometimes. We agreed on every point, he is communicative and flexible. He shipped the product promptly and it arrived in 3 days. Very satisfied.

Paid a 5 digit $USD price for watch that was sold as new. The day after the dealer said they found some scratches in the watch and that it was used. I asked for images and a video, which they sent, which showed several scratches. They said that the owner told them it was worn only once, which is completely false, unless the owner worn the watch once but never took it off for months. I requested a drop in price to perhaps consider polishing and a service, which they declined. They expected me to pay the exact same price.. False advertising and sketchy dealer (I question if they truly are).
