Seller had great communication. Responded to all my questions and requests quickly and thoroughly. Seller mentioned "faint scuffs" but the watch came in perfect condition. Very happy with this seller and purchase.

Excellent seller! FedEx pulled the package and needed some additional information to which the seller was quick to respond and provide. Great dealings with Modaselle. There was an issue with the purchase that was unrelated to the seller, yet they were easy to communicate with and helped to rectify it although it was no fault of their own. Would buy from them again!

Very happy with my purchase from this dealer. Watch was “used” but didn’t even have a mark on it, it was like I got it right from the Rolex store in untouched condition. Once payment was received, they sent me the watch the next day. If I am buying again in the secondary market, I will definitely use this dealer again.

Great experience dealing with Modaselle. There was a slight issue with customs delay. Jonathon was quick to reassure me that all relevant forms had been submitted. Seller was very accessible and responsive when I needed any info. I asked for additional pics, Jonathon was nice enough to send pics and a video. Highly recommend.
