Personally I had a bad experience because the watch had wrong price, which cause to all end losing our time, set and cancel my bank transfer and obviously the pity, but being positive I can recommend 100% the seller, communication was fast, they provide me all the information and pictures required and the attention was very good, I’m sure the mistake was not intentionally. One thing for the seller to improve is to provide the bank details thinking in international buyers too, instead of only the account number and Chinese characters, would be very helpful to get directly the iban/account number including beneficiary name and address, bank name, swift/bic code and address.

Good email responses but can’t ship outside China or receive international transfers - which limits things unless you’ve got a friend there who buy it for you!

It took the dealer 5 days to reply to my messages, finally saying he cannot ship the watches ouside China. Then why promote to sell ouside China? The transaction did not go through, it was wasted time.

The dealer is not able to trade on the global platform. They deliver to China only, and the payment method can be a local transfer from China. I am really puzzled why the dealer is on this platform. The communication is not great either. No response for days!

This seller is located in China. Has a lot of nice listings, but only want to ship inlands. So why is this guy advertizing on a international marketplace? When you hit the BUY button you can make the payment (only by banktransfer). And after two days you will get a message: Sorry we do not ship to USA or EU.

Overall, satisfied with the watch condition. However, was disappointed that it does not come with a second plexiglas and usual Panerai accessories (The rubber strap and strap changing tools).
